Compass Coaching offers a variety of ways to use coaching.

  • Individual Coaching

    One-on-one conversations virtually or in-person to explore what is most important to the client in a safe, confidential way. Clients explore who they need to be in order to do what they want to do and then design actions to take that will help them integrate being and doing together.

  • Team Coaching

    Team Coaching works on team dynamics and relationships in a way that inspires them to maximize their abilities and potential in order to achieve their common purpose and shared goals, as they explore innovation, flexibility, adaptability, and goal alignment.

  • Mentor Coaching

    Mentor Coaching is for coaches working toward their certification or recertification or who want to develop their skills as a coach. Mentor Coaching includes feedback on actual coaching sessions, reflection on how the feedback is inviting the coach to grow, and practice that tries out new skills and approaches to grow as a coach. This can be done individually or with a group of coaches.
